Steve’s Property Maintenance was started by Steve Mann in 2005. We are a locally owned lawn care company proudly serving East Aurora and the surrounding communities of Orchard Park, Elma, Lancaster, and Buffalo South Towns area. With 21 years of experience, we have built our business on a simple foundation: quality work, honest service, and reliable results.

Born and raised in Buffalo, Steve has always believed in the value of hard work, honesty, and treating people right. In 2005, after the birth of his son, he decided to turn that mindset into a business and founded Steve's Property Maintenance. What started with nothing more than a pickup truck, a few hand tools, and a commitment to doing quality work has grown into a trusted lawn care company serving homeowners throughout the Southtowns of Buffalo.
